Product Warranty Coverage

• ONE-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Three-year warranty on planetary.
• Covers defects in materials or workmanship.
• Inspection may be conducted to determine if the issue is due to defects or misuse, accidents, or improper handling (which voids the warranty).

Warranty Services

• Services must be carried out by Concept Industries Ltd.
• Only genuine new or re-manufactured parts supplied by Concept Industries Ltd. will be used for repairs.
• Repairs are provided at no cost for parts and labor.
• Purchaser is responsible for non-warranty-related service or maintenance.
• Expenses such as equipment rental, product downtime, or disposal are not covered.

Warranty Registration

• Warranty begins on the purchase date.
• Valid only if the registration is completed and submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• In certain countries (e.g., USA), warranty cards must be submitted to validate coverage before repairs.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Wear items (e.g., clutches, tires).
• Failures caused by:
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Accidents, misuse, or improper use.
  • Insufficient or incorrect maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
• No warranties, express or implied, are provided for tires or other parts not manufactured by Concept Industries Ltd.
• Warranties for third-party parts or accessories, if applicable, are provided by their respective manufacturers.

Liability Limitations

• Concept Industries Ltd. is not liable for special, direct, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective part, at Concept Industries Ltd.'s discretion.

Additional Terms

• This warranty document represents the entire agreement between Concept Industries Ltd. and the purchaser.
• No employee or dealer is authorized to provide additional warranties on behalf of Concept Industries Ltd.
• Concept Industries Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to product design or materials without notice.
• Changes do not apply to products sold before modifications.
